Power [권력] is the single most important concept in international Politics. In this lesson, we will examine the definition of power and discuss its characteristics.
[권력]은 국제 정치에서 가장 중요한 하나의 concept(개념)이다. 이 강의에서는, 우리는 권력의 定義(정의)를 검토하고 그 特性을 논의한다.

A. What is Power[권력]
Power is a central concept in politics. Harold Lasswell defined politics as “Who gets, what, when, how` This definition of politics focuses on power in the distribution process (and conflict among elite members of society).
정치에서 권력은 point적인 concept(개념)이다.
